If you want to be "right" downtown and in the mix then this has got to be one of the coolest loft building in central downtown. Most of the units are double height lofts with really functional lay-outs. There is a gym and a common deck with a bbq on the second floor. PLUS, the entire roof of this building is a commong roof top deck. During firework season it's hard to beat.
