ROAR ONE a modern masterpiece. Design elements; concrete contsruction, great use of glass, rooftop patios and high ceilings. ROAR_one consists of ten residential units and two retail/commercial units. The project creates a new model for residential living in Vancouver. The design incorporates mezzanine spaces and uniquely; deep, inset courtyard balconies that provide a rare ability for indoor/outdoor living in combination. Roar One has been the recipient of several awards.
